My voting order: conscience, constituents, then Caucus

As your Representative, I put your needs first. I signed up for the job, so I do the job: I was present for 99.5% of all votes. That said, I am a team player when possible, voting with the Republican Majority 94% of the time. I am ranked as one of the most effective legislators.
